HELP ME NOW
Ask for a draft or help with the task in front of you. Your approved business details come with it.
Help me answer Avery. Keep it short and ask for the event date.
Hi Avery! Each 6-foot table seats 6–8 guests, and linens are rented separately. What date is your party?
Uses the same confirmed rental detailsA draft to check and send yourself. Asking here doesn’t send a message or change a booking.
Your facts shape the draft
Unknowns come back to you
You review. You send.
START WITH THE WORK THAT REPEATS
We’re starting with event and party rental owners who handle repeated customer questions. If the replies and next steps still depend on you remembering everything, that’s the job we want to help with.
One useful routine in one supported app. We check the fit with your existing tools before proposing a setup.
CONTEXT, WITH A SOURCE
The planned workspace keeps three kinds of information distinct—so an old file or a new message can’t quietly become your business policy.
01 / BUSINESS FACTS
Your services, prices and policies, confirmed before use. Missing details get flagged. Changed facts need your review.
02 / APP ACTIVITY
The supported connection follows inquiry and reply activity. A paused connection should be visible, never mistaken for “nothing to do.”
03 / REFERENCE MATERIAL
Bring selected guides or documents. We extract what matters and ask you to confirm it. Uploaded files don’t update themselves.
GUIDED SETUP, HUMAN HELP
You won’t need to build automations or manage a server. Josh handles the technical setup, then works through the routine with you.
Two practical sessions, up to 45 minutes each. Written guidance. Handover once you can use it yourself.
Agree the inquiry workflow, your app, the boundaries and the full cost.
Import selected information. Confirm the facts, fill the gaps and set the tone.
You sign in and approve access. We connect the supported app and walk through examples.
Check a complete conversation and follow-up. Practice until you can run the routine independently.
A CLEAR STARTING SCOPE
Planned service pricing. Setup and training first, optional maintenance afterward. No payments or sign-ups on this site.
$1,500 one time
Your workspace, business context, one supported inquiry workflow, app connection and training.
Timing depends on agreed scope and provider access. Acceptance comes from the work, not just the calendar.
$300 / month
Month-to-month care for your installed workflow after setup.
New workflows and integrations are separate. Business-hours response target: one business day, not a fix deadline. The hour limit doesn’t remove fault or security responsibilities.
Running costs are additional. Hosting, backups, AI and any app or messaging fees are disclosed and approved first. You pay providers directly.
A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
The planned service brings your approved facts, a supported app connection and an inquiry routine into one workspace, with setup and training. We still need to establish that it solves a useful gap in your current process.
No. The first workflow prepares drafts; you review and send in your existing app. You check availability, confirm quotes and handle bookings in your current tools. New customer actions would need separate scope and testing.
We check your actual inquiry channel and the required connection before agreeing to a setup. The first package covers one supported app and routine. There isn’t a promised list of live integrations yet.
The planned first setup runs in a cloud account you own. Hosting, AI and connected providers process the information needed for the routine. We agree access and costs first; any maintenance access for Josh is limited, recorded and revocable. You connect your accounts without sharing passwords.
The starting point is a routine we configure and test with you, plus on-demand help using the same context. Open-ended AI workflow creation is not included. Additional routines or connections are assessed and priced separately.
Not yet. We’re building and testing the first complete workflow and guided owner experience. These screens explain the intended service; they aren’t a live customer product or evidence of customer results.
